Take Your Time
Visiting the Spa and Sanctuary means taking time out to unwind before your appointment, as it will make your visit more pleasant and beneficial.

To give you sufficient time to change, shower and use the sauna room, arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We provide a robe, towel and locker, and while all of our therapists are skilled in proper draping procedures, you may wear your own undergarments during treatments.
