From the Mixologist: Pacific Punch

There’s nothing more perfect than sipping a refreshingly cold cocktail after a long day in the sun. We love when guests grab a seat at the bar and tell us all about their day enjoying horseback riding, exploring tide pools, or lounging at the spa.

All of the drinks at Namale are hand crafted with the freshest island flavors from our very own organic farm. Here’s a favorite among guests at Namale, a specialty served up by our fabulous bartender, Simi! Try it at home and be instantly transported to our beautiful island oasis.

Get Mixing!
You’ll need:

  • 45ml White Rum
  • 15ml Amaretto
  • 15ML Malibu Rum
  • 15ml Galiano
  • 120ML Fresh Pineapple juice*
  • Squeeze of 1/2 fresh lemon
  • Splash of grenadine (optional)
  • Fresh Pineapple Slice or Mint Leaf

To Make: add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with a generous scoop of ice. Shake well, then strain into a glass of your choice. For color, add a splash of grenadine. Garnish with fresh pineapple or mint. *You can use canned or frozen pineapple juice – or, for an extra tasty touch, mix fresh pineapple in a blender, then strain.
