When in paradise, there’s nothing more refreshing and soul-satisfying than a freshly made, chilled smoothie!
Using fresh tropical fruits harvested directly from our organic farms and gardens, enjoy fresh-picked bananas straight off the tree or farm-grown watermelon accented by refreshing coconut water. Fiji’s verdant and fertile climate offers the freshest, most vibrant fruits for the ultimate smoothie.
In this recipe, nourishing berries come together with all natural oats and subtly sweet honey for a tasty and delicious treat.
- 1 cup mixed berries (we used blueberries and strawberries, but you can craft your own preferred mix using raspberries, blackberries, acai berries, etc.)
- 1 fresh banana
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbs honey (or to taste)
- 1/2 cup milk
Add all ingredients to a blender with ice, and blend until smooth. Optional garnish – get creative! Try a slice of watermelon and frangipani flower as we’ve done here, or top with fresh berries.
