The team really made my mom feel comfortable in the water. Without them, my mom would have never experienced snorkeling. The spa team have such great energy and skills. The staff was warm and welcoming. We really appreciated that everybody introduced themselves and learned our names. Everybody throughout the resort always greeted us with a smile.
