Here we bring you the perfect summer refresher – Watermelon Cucumber Punch! Here’s how to mix it at home when looking ahead to your Fiji vacation!
- Sliced cucumber
- 4 oz. fresh blended watermelon juice
- 1 oz. agave nectar
- 1/2 oz. lemon juice
- Slice of cucumber or watermelon for garnish
In a shaker, muddle the sliced cucumber (use more for a stronger cucumber taste, or less for just a touch of flavor). Add the fresh watermelon juice, agave nectar, and lemon juice to the shaker, add nice, and shake. Strain into a festive glass, add a straw, and choose between a cucumber slice or watermelon slice for a summery garnish. Enjoy!
